The problem with padsp _is_ firefox specific. And actually it is only
firefox 3.5 that have this bug. If you start firefox 3.0 with padsp it
starts just fine, and the sound output from flash goes through
pulseaudio.

The behaviour I experience is a little bit different. Instead of showing an
error, it just says 'Job completed'.
On the printerdialog it looks like it is is printing all the pages, but just
very fast, and nothing comes out of the printer.

It is definitly a ubuntu-desktop bug, can we relocate it?
In Windows ctrl+alt+del comes up with a system monitor, no matter how
stressed the system is, and you can shutdown programs from there. The
reason, I think, is that the system monitor is always in memory and
always have the highest priorit

The simple problem is that when the formatting is not html, it should

Should Firefox crash when a third party plugin is used? If a plugin crashes,
all other pages should be unaffected - right?
What kind of rights should a plugin have?
Personally I think it should be very limited. Programs should be able to say if
they want a third party plugin to mess up their beh
I deleted ~/.mozilla/plugins/flashplayer.xpt and libflashplayer.so. Now
the link works.
Flash wash installed in an old version of Ubuntu. I think a blacklist of
these version should be used, when people install from the repository.

When running the game Armadillo Run through with the default open source ATI
drivers (ati), and one tabs out of the game xorg crashes. Sometimes a
alt+sysrq+b can reebot, sometimes it can not.
