If I try booting 4.18.0-15 it still crashes, but differently. Note that 4.18.0-15 is what's running on the live CD. Attached is picture of screen booting from 4.18.0-15. Next I'll try a reinstall without fetching updates. ** Attachment added: "y19m07d26_iphone-x_9602.jpg"

Public bug reported: Clean install from just-downloaded (24 July 2019) xubuntu 18.04.2 LTS. Shuttle XH110V. 32GB, 4T. UEFI. Since it does not boot I can't give you anything from the crashed system. I attach a picture of the screen at the crash. BTW, this started when the Software Updater
