Public bug reported: I have installed Gimp 2.10.6 from the Ubuntu Software application after a fresh Ubuntu 16.04.5 install and it was not running. Please see attachment.
As a workaround I have installed Snapcraft and now Gimp is working (?). I think that this is a weird behavior but I'm quite new tu Ubuntu so I apologize if I'm wrong. Any additional info that you may need please let me know, kind regards. Arq.
