Upstream only is at 2.8.8. All revisions ending with an odd number designate it
is the windows build.

The default is set to browse for where to save. The transfer is not
started until a location is picked, and as such, auto accept file
transfers is not selected by default. Accept after selecting a location
is, but this is not the security issue that "auto" is.

the join line itself and add in the additional filler parameter. The
requirement for the first word to be a key is a bug on some IRCds, but
not all. Your above command would work on some servers.

Kangaroo is stating that the behavior currently seen in Chatzilla should

Data Loss.
The file handle bug causes XChat to consume file handles as time progresses. It
is not uncommon for people to have several thousand file handles open, which
then causes problems both in XChat of being unable to save
