--framebuffer`? I wanted to checkout the vbemodes support by my system
but there's no more "hwinfo" tool in >=saucy because of this bug.

To follow up, I went into my laptops BIOS , disabled USB3, checked in
dmesg that xhci_hcd was no longer being used:

i7 4600U.

the gcc-arm-none-eabi package provided by ppa:terry.guo/gcc-arm-embedded
contains libstdc++.a

Also happens in 14.04 beta 1, not every reboot has this situation, but
it does occur quite often.
