A regression is when the feature works in one version, however, in the
latest version no longer works, this isn't a regression yet, because
10.04 isn't the official version, however if it goes unfixed, when 10.04

Ah, Compiz doesn't support your graphics card, I have the same one and
this happed to me a while ago, you have to go into terminal and type
'SKIP_CHECKS=yes compiz', sadly there is no fix for it.
