(logout and login)
after a few seconds gnome settings are no more available.

I get this issue also during gnome-classic session, so it seems not strictly
related to Unity.
If I remove libgl1-dri-mesa-experimental the freeze disappear.

If I first click on the desktop then on the launcher the issue is no more

After some days I got again the issue, nvidia drivers didn't help.
I'm able to reproduce it by right clicking the sidebar as soon as it appear on
the screen and its icons are not yet displayed.

Some applications like Chromium still have window decorations
(title and buttons) when window is maximized.
Other applications like Nautilus behave correctly, hiding window
decoration when is maximized.

Right clicking on Unity sidebar i get some artefacts
and visual glitches.
Sometimes maximizing and minimizing i get no more
window decorations for the current application.
I'm using an Nvidia 250GTS and nvidia-current drivers

Compiz works quite well here with my Mobility 7500 (like in previous
releases), it is the Unity part, when activated, that doesn't work well.
