Hello. I have the same problem. Very annoying.
When switching between virtual desktops (using keyboard or mouse
bindings) some apps moves to 1-st virtual desktops (from 2nd or 5-th).
I have never installed myUnity.
My virtual desktops (3x2 - HxV) where configured via ccsm (CompizConfig
setting
