I have the same problem (kacpid consuming near 99% CPU) in my HP laptop (Edubuntu Feisty) after resuming from hibernate. The hibernation works fine in the same computer with Ubuntu 6.10 but it breaks after installing Feisty. The problem occurs with kernel 2.6.19 and 2.6.20 too, and it's clearly
