Hi! I tried your solution marcosbelancon on an Aspire 5520. It worked correctly with kernel version 2.6.28-11. After I updated ubuntu with update manager to kernel version 2.6.28-13, the result wasn't good. It was just garbage, as descussed above. Thusar maybe your system is based on the 2.6.28-13 kernel?
