I had a ghost monitor indeed. Per's workaround from bug 2060268 worked
to eliminate the ghost monitor:

After applying the solution, I also had to blindly apply my disk encryption
password -
And when I set it back to 2560x1440, it reoccurs again

I usually have my display resolution set to 2560x1440, on my LG Electronics 27"
monitor.
When I set it to the original resolution of 3840x2160, the glitch disappears.

I noted that my headset also "glitches" with my phone; The music stops
for a few seconds ~ every 10 minutes. However, my phone seems to recover

I use the Sony WH1000XM3 headset, which I connect with using Bluetooth.
Connection works fine, but after x minutes (usually around 10) the sound just
