I have a lot of iso-8859-2 or Windows-1250 encoded zip files. Non-ascii named files can't be extracted with File Roller. unzip(1) does it (keeping invalid utf8 file names), but at least I can rename and use those files. File Roller gives error message if I want to rename the contained files or if
