Previously in Ubuntu 14.04 NetworkManager hid the veth interfaces that were
created by Docker.
Now since I've updated to 15.04 the veth interfaces are listed as Unmanaged
under the gnome system tray icon which is kind of annoying.
I'm using docker 1.6.2 and network-manager
Just a heads-up, the patch does not work with hostnames that contain a dash.
I had to change
[a-z][a-z0-9]
to:
[a-z][a-z0-9\-]
to make the patch work. Besides that, thanks for the patch!

This is also affecting me when using my laptop's screen (14 1920x1200).
Chromium is the only application that does this, all the other
applications I have work fine.
I see the status has been changed to Fix Committed, in which version

I encountered this bug today as well, when upgrading from 10.04.4 to 12.04.1.
Applying Kenny's changes to the /var/lib/dpkg/info/slapd.{pre,post}inst fixed
the problem. Thanks!
