The sign out/power off/shortcut screen doesn't show any blur and is
copletely transparent (see attatched picture). It happens since the
installation of Ubuntu 13.04, in the 12.10 version is still worked like
it should.

The problem is still present in the ubuntu 13.04 release. The problem
apears with all the webapps, not only with the gMail one.

The gMail webapp icon will blink several times, but there wound apear an
arrow next to it. Rether it will open a new chromium window, but without
the adress bar, and it's titled as untitled.
