Installing vim-runtime for the vimtutor does not also install vim.
Running vimtutor then opens vi and presents the user with the default empty
page with no knowledge of how to exit vi.

held in an XML file and the index.theme can be used to directly specify
the order of the window controls, but I cannot locate the icon /
descriptor that the user can click [within the Appearance Preferences -
