Public bug reported:
To reproduce:
1)Set up a shared printer.
2) On a computer in the same local network the printer is seen by cups as a
dnssd printer.
3) After setting up the printer as a dnssd printer cups cannot print since it
cannot locate the printer.

To solve the problem move /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/iscan away
from the directory and then run dpkg --configure -a

Is it worth doing fully commit bisecting since the "good" kernel is more or
less the next one?
BTW I believe the bug is connected with the power mangement.

I tried the latest upstream kernel as you suggested and until now the bug has
not shown up again.
The feeling is that the connection is a little more sluggish but it works.

Just upgraded from kubuntu 1204 amd64 to 1404 and immediately got stuck in this

Removing the parenthesis as suggested above in #12 solved the login problem.

Thanks for the quick answer.
But I would not expect the python interpreter to crash because of a wrong

Exactly as I do not expect the shell to crash because a program core dumps.
Would you?
Please consider revising your decision.

As it stands psensor behaves like a malware and if you are an average user it

Pls reconsider your decision or at least add some _clear_ notice.
