It's happens to me too, the difference is. To me suspend on closing
laptoplid hasen't worked since linuxkerne 2.6.38.8, not sure what Ubuntu
version, but guess 11.04.

I see, so it could be different bugs. At first, the bugs looked equal. Anyhow,
in my case this happened in 11.10, and is still present in 12.04.

do a ctrl + f to search for a contact.
If I change to another random window, chat window, or another program, and
changes back to empathy I can't ctrl + f to search

I have a custom Munin script that monitors several temps, including
ambient temperature via a 1-Wire network. I noticed my graphs started
reading '-nan' and the last update was 6:25a this morning. I checked my
mail to see if updates were performed and found the following:

tried on different kernels such as 2.6.32, 2.6.33 and 2.6.34
I made it work on 2.6.31 when I used kernelcheck to set ac_adaptor to
module. This dosen't work with newer kernels.
