I think heif-gdk-pixbuf package should be recommended by ubuntu-desktop
or ubuntu-desktop-minimal metapackages, because HEIF (.HEIC ) pictures
are very popular in these days and not all people keep eog viewer
installed ;)
also we should patch org.gnome.eog.desktop file to add "image/heif;" to
rhash can be used instead of cfv: apt install rhash
rhash with -rc does more or less the same thing as cfv, performance is good and
it supports most hash formats including bittorrent, CRC32, CRC32C, MD4, MD5,

When user chooses Lithuanian keyboard layout then XKB variables in
/etc/default/keyboard should set to:
XKBLAYOUT="lt,us"
XKBVARIANT=",altgr-intl"
I'm attaching screenshot of English US (intl with altGR) keyboard
layoyut, this layout is most usefull for Lithuanians, because it
contains Euro (€)
