Importance:
I store all my browser bookmarks as .desktop files and to me it is very
annoying to everytime click "Mark as executable". The user should have
the option to check "Don't ask again for future .desktop files." and the
user should be informed about the security issues. He should have the
choice

I have a similar problem. In my applications menu the icons are too big.
Not all but some of them. Also the tooltips of starters in the panel
have too small or too big icons in some cases. Please have a look at the
screenshot attached. I am using the numix theme with elementary xfce
dark symbols

Many thanks for polluting my home directory. Also if the snap directory
isn't available my Home dir will be polluted with empty dirs like
Downloads, Music, Pictures etc.
