hi, after a few day i interpreted what about it. :D
Yeh this is realy irritating. The "application is in?" function is realy
sensitive, perceive in a few pixel, but this is in the upper left/right
workspace is wrong becouse the panel's shadow is hide the few pixel, and if

1) uninstall nvidia driver
2) reboot in fallbak mode
3) start failsafeX
4) choose the configure grafics
5) coose set default settings
6) reboot
7) synaptic referesh and install updates
8) install nvidia driver
9) reboot and enjoy ;)
