The problem still occurs, but there is workaround that works for me:
#shutdown
sudo initctl start rc RUNLEVEL=0
#reboot
sudo initctl start rc RUNLEVEL=6
It is not clear to me, that upstart rc task is stopped after the system
was run. All processes started by rc are run so rc should alsrc task

Ahh, and I forgot to mention that downgrade of libglib-2.0-0 from v
2.22.3-0ubuntu1 to v 2.22.2-0ubuntu1 did not help anyway. Previous versions of
stable ganymede and galileo also crash after just few minutes after startup and
usage.
Is there anybody who could just debug the problem and close
As You suggested I've downloaded Eclipse 3.5.2 RC1. The problem still
occurs.
