I'm unable to get neither dump nor bugtrace (nothing is logged to
/var/log). Even netconsole doesn't log bugtrace during kernel panic. All
I managed to do is connecting my PC to IP KVM and make a screenshot.

I've tested latest upstream kernel (linux-image-3.4.0-030400rc2-generic-
pae_3.4.0-030400rc2.201204072235_i386.deb) and after establishing IPSEC
connection I've expirienced Kernel Panic.
