I have just upgraded from 16.10 to 17.04 and 3- and 4-finger taps stopped working. Two finger tap and scrolling works as previously. I’m on ASUS Zenbook.
I have tested the upstream kernel as suggested in #17 with no success — the problem exists with this kernel as well. I have also loaded the pre-upgrade 4.8 kernel, with which multitouch used to work on 16.10, but no success there either. My experience is different than #18: I don’t get 4-finger tap working even on a live usb 17.04. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Confirmed ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu Zesty) Status: Incomplete => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1683447 Title: multitouch gestures support is broken To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1683447/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
