I have more data on this: each time I talk with somebody, the xmpp
account closes after 10 minutes of idle status.
Let me show an example (copy paste from the chat window, I am "Me" and
"Sergio" is my buddy):

disconnected all the time although it is hard to pinpoint when it

months) this problem seems to have gone away. I didn't do anything
special so maybe some upgrade fixed it (my current version of banshee-

I installed banshee-extension-liveradio. I can browse the available
radios, select a Live 365 radio and click on them to play. However
they're always buffering (at 0%) so at the most I can listen to 2
seconds of music, 2 seconds of silence and then again, ad infinitum.

I had the frozen issue with default version of telepathy in Lucid. I
upgraded all packages with the PPA and now I can make calls and I think
I can receive too (Didn't try though yet). The only thing I miss is that
the PPA version is not integrated as well as the default Lucid version

I have it working with Jaunty: ZTE 626 with Claro (Argentina). This same
procedure didn't work a few months ago.

For an unrelated issue I upgraded to Intrepid so I give openvpn-network manager
a try. I can confirm I can connect with my server and I still have normal
[intra|inter]net connection.
In my particular case, Network Manager works ok.

Using Hardy 64 bits, when connecting to Openvpn (nm-applet), all network
connection drops (no connection to internet or intranet).
Using openvpn in command line (sudo openvpn config_file.opvn) works ok:
compared both the standard openvp

(import xpcom._xpcom first).
Fix released for 1.9 branch (it seems ubuntu is not providing it right
