I don't think it's a bug anymore, more of a change in ftdi_sio. I found
some help here http://groups.google.com/group/fhem-
users/browse_thread/thread/5c047313d3355e25/568edd29229c908f where they
did some stty stuff to get it working.
So I guess this can be closed.

I have a USB device (ELV FHZ1000) that is using the ftdi_sio driver. I'm
running Oneiric. When I use kernel 3.0.0.14 everything works fine with
my device. Running 3.0.0.15 however, gives a timeout when my application
communicates with the device. There are no error messages in

Autofs/autofs4 is missing from the virtual image. I don't know it this
is by design or not.
This means that I have to use the linux-image-server on my virtual
machines to be able to automount.
