This might be difficult, as this bug seems to be not reproduceable ;-)
Anyway I have gaim-dbg installed now and will post another backtrace if this
bug occurs again.

This bug seems to be fixed. But unfortunately, gnome-app-install 0.3.8
cannot be even started on my machine, see bug #81727 :-(

1) I did a full upgrade via apt-get from console (sudo apt-get update sudo
apt-get upgrade).
2) I tried to install the adobe reader via Add/Remove
3) A popup was shown, saying adobe reader is not available for i386
architecture.
