The same bug as described for the EeePC 1000H and WPA/WPA2 wireless
networks can be confirmed for the EeePC 901 model, too. In my case, the
901 runs on a fully updated (via wired interface) 9.04/Jaunty beta, the
wireless network uses WPA2 and advertises its SSID.

The issue remained (and probably remains) with Hardy. For testing
purposes, I upgraded to Intrepid beta a couple of days ago. There
everything works fine -- which is nice to see. However, due to the
upgrade, I won't be able to provide an upload of /var/log/Xorg.0.log
from Hardy anymore.

as I see from your statement that it's up to OO.o programmers to respect
subpixel antialiasing, and provided that Gutsy features now a real nice
subpixel antialiasing, is there a chance to put some pressure on
upstream (in a polite way, of course)?
