Actually this is not related to a kernel upgrade, rather to fglrx
upgrade. The problem is reproducible, it happens when installing fglrx
2:13.101-0ubuntu0.0.1 . I downgraded to the old version of fglrx,
2:8.960-0ubuntu1, and it works without a problem in newer and older
kernels, so the bug is relat

I had this bug sporadically, too. I cannot reproduce it, though. Usually
pressed Ctrl-Alt-F1, logged in on console and killed X. Now I have tried
to do the
sudo modprobe -r psmouse && sudo modprobe psmouse
This worked! I am using two mice with Kubuntu 12.04, namely the builtin
AlpsPS/2 ALPS DualP

sorry for being a bit off-topic but maybe this helps others:
after searching for a solution for some hours, I finally found out how
to make the email being sent again. The problem was that the Akonadi
Mail Dispatcher Agent (MDA) was turned offline. This cannot be changed
with standard KDE set
Upgrading kmail to oneiric was a mess. Automatic migration did not work
at all.
Now Email in my outbox folder is not going to be sent, although it was
working before. Have no idea how this happened. Tried to play around
with all settings, but to no effect.

I am also hit by this bug (missing sqlite.so). Deleting, purging and
reinstalling the package does not help. Problem is always reproducible.

However, this dependency does not get installed automatically. This happens in
