Public bug reported:
Xrandr scaling is canceled when mouse pointer moved to edge of screen.
When normal, view port is moved. It is following the mouse pointer.
I tested using HTC Shift (Intel 950GMA graphics)
on Ubuntu9.10(Karmic); scaling and panning was worked successfully.
