I ran into following issue on Ubuntu 16.04.3 if I try to run upgrade or
install a new package:
Selection previously unselected package smartmontools.
dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting:
files list file for package 'mount' is missing final newline
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)
