Following-up on #16: Obviously, this is _not_ the solution for everyone,
but for my work computer, system stability is far more important that
USB3. I disabled xhci in UEFI (so ehci is used instead) and have not had
any more non-responsive USB ports in close to two weeks.

When I try to use the scroll wheel, the mouse has to be perfectly still
