Your PPA is out of data again, it would be great if you could patch the most recent version as well (mesa-7.4-0ubuntu3.1). Also it seems that there is now a fix to the intel problems, and I bet this patch has nothing to do with it, as it was a bug in the intel driver and not mesa. (See Bug 359392)
