I reckon the the goal is to use NetworkManager to talk with Bluez (via
DBus), but the NetworkManager doesn't have proper support for bluetooth
PAN/DUN yet. As for "just work" bit - NetworkManager should
automatically discover available interfaces of the paired bluetooth
devices.

in favor of new bluez 4.x framework where things should "just work". If

plugins, maintainer scripts need to remove remaining .service files from

edit /var/lib/dpkg/info/sun-java6-plugin.postinst and change
browser_dirs in line 6 as browser_dirs="xulrunner-addons firefox-
addons". Then do "sudo dpkg-reconfigure sun-java6-plugin. Then restart
your firefox-2 browser.
about:plugins URL in firefox-2 should display that Java 6 plugin
Could you describe what exactly doesn't work compared to Sun's implementation?
And steps to reproduce the problem.

I can report the initial issue with Symbian 60 based phone (Nokia
N-Gage). File sending works from Nokia 6230i (Symbian 40) and N800
(maemo).
I reckon this is somewhere in the more lower level than obex-data-
server, as the obex-data-server process running in daemon mode doesn't
even get invoked.
Try adding the desktop user(s) to 'pulse-rt' group and then relogin.
$ sudo adduser $USER pulse-rt
(quit your gdm/kdm session)
Output of command 'groups' should contain pulse-rt group.
Does the stuttering still occur?

Thanks for the insight Loïc, this would also fix (duplicate) bug #103933
and its numerous duplicates which is about the same issue for all Sun
related java packages. If fix can be applied to lum, it would be great.
Please push this as a SRU.
