I just updated to Lubuntu 17.10 and experienced this issue. I have a
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 card, and kernel version 4.13.0-16-generic had
this same issue. I reverted back to 4.10.0-38-generic and the problem
went away.
I'm waiting for the next kernel release to see if that solves the
problem.
I have the same exact issue. I recently upgraded to 15.04. I had the
power indicator icon in 14.10, but it disappeared when I upgraded.
I was doing some searching online, and found a lot of people suggesting
to going into the xfce4-power-manager-settings and setting Show tray
icon: to Always

I just figured out what the problem was. The pictures were read-only

trying to rotate the image.
Making the pictures writable solved the problem, but it would have been
nice if feh had given some kind of indication as to why it

I checked, and kdebase-kio-plugins was not installed, so I installed it.
Now my KDE trash is located in ~/.local/share/Trash/files, and
deleting pictures in digikam moves them there.
In order to have KDE and Gnome apps use the same trash, can I just

I forgot to add that with kdebase-kio-plugins, I no longer need a
