I too am having this problem. I recently updated my install and now can no longer see any of my videos.
Although if I go into Settings/Media Settgins/Videos Settings/General screen 2 and enable: Video Browser browses files Video Gallery browses files Video List browses files Then I can see the actual files in the frontend but they do not contain any of the imdb metadata. including the cover images. I can also watch my videos again.
