Hi Thomas,
I searched for the issue with the not starting mythtvbackend and found
an answer that the config.xml should be modified.
That's what I did and it's working now. In the config.xml the entries
regarding database etc. like in the mythtv-database.postinst where
missing as well.
Issue
Public bug reported:
Upgrade to 14.04 from 12.04 and mythtv is no longer working. Something
with the database schema and log in.
