I can reproduce this as follows:
* select all files in one album
* edit the "artist sort order" field (in fact, delete it)
* close the dialog box
-> the change is not saved

I'm not sure; this would have to be dealt
The sed script hint is just a workaround, the actual problem seems to be
that the Squeak VM this package depends on is compiled without support
for the X shared memory extension. I just filed a bug about this:

The VM in this package seems to be compiled without support for the X
shared memory extension. I suggest to change this, as it affects at
