Postfix of course). Each time server restarts, Monit says first that the
spamd process is not running (no PID) but in three minutes it says it's
running.
There is the /etc/init.d/spamassassin
Same here and in conjunction with Monit, causes lots of error log
entries

@Joseph - I haven't tested that yet as I do not have the older kernels
anymore but ...
... I can confirm that it worked few months ago fine before I upgraded
the kernel!
... and one more interesting fact about this bug: I cannot mount my USB device
when it's plugged in before booting into Ubuntu

I cannot explain why my Ubuntu 15.04 setup is suddenly not capable of
recognizing my USB 8GB stick. It worked yesterday, but not today. Didn't
change anything except ran an apt-get upgrade.

Grub customizer is asking for it and I am on Ubuntu 15.04
thanks heaps! somehow the command `sudo ubuntu-bug storage` brought back
the usb stick and it works now.

After upgrading to vivid, I seem to have lost all udev rules and cannot
mount any USB sticks anymore.
All I have is this:
