I see this issue on Ubuntu saucy: When libxcursor1:i386 is not
installed, a different cursor theme is used in skype windows. Possibly
not skype itself, but one of its dependencies is lacking the dependency
on libxcursor1:i386. As I do not use any other i386 qt applications I
did not track this
My device is 0a5c:21f4 in a Lenovo Edge E135 and I think I am affected
by this bug on an up-to-date install of raring. In quantal all below
