Sorry for long time without any comment, this is really was problem with disk, Fedora 13 installer says that disk contains RAID BIOS metadata, but no RAID present, and not show disk too on partition creating step. Erasing by 'dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda' don't help, so I use ERASE command from M
