I can confirm this is still an issue. Deckard's solution helped, but it only looks at the DBEXCLUDE parameter if you are also setting the configuration parameter DBNAMES line to all in the /etc/default/automysqlbackup file. By default, the configuration file has these defaults: DBNAMES=`mysql

2011-10-31 Thread Mike Taylor
This 19 widescreen user thinks that the Dash should permanently open at the size the user has set as a personal preference. Personally I agree with DK's proposed solution as I too am fed up with always having to click on the expand button in the lower right hand corner to force it to full screen.

Is there a workaround in the mean time? I have a newly installed Ubuntu Studio 10.4 box, with a USB wireless dongle which the kernel is correctly recognising, but no way to make it actually connect. This despite installing the vanilla Ubuntu 10.4 NetworkManager from .debs laboriously copied

[Bug 87122] Re: [needs-packaging] iFolder

2009-03-25 Thread Mike Taylor
The problem with this project is that it hasn't ever been a truly open development process. The source code that is released and available to everyone under GPL (currently version 3.6) is not the same as the one Novell uses. Novell has a private development branch that they haven't opened up.
