Yes, Ubuntu 16.04.03 has 4.4.0-87-generic kernel and we see the issue on
"4.4.0-87-generic" kernel which has "bnxt_en 0.1.24" driver.

I brought a new acer aspireone 725 and installed 12.10 64bit. There seems to be
some hardware compatibility issues with the said laptop and ubuntu.
1.the touchpad is not working out of the box.
2. unable to install proprietary drivers for ati radeon graphics. it displays
hi thomas thankyou for taking time. the bug doesn,t exist in ubuntu
12.04. Wifi theethering is working just fine. please closr the bug for me.

The problem doesn't exist in the latest version of software center.
the problem existed during the time of ubuntu 11.04. may be i the
older version of software center. please mark the bug as invalid.

i am using xubuntu 11.10 x64 (fresh install) on a HP mini Netbook PC
with firefox 10.0.2. I have enabled remember passwords in preferences
but it never remembers the passwords. no problem on ubuntu 11.10 gnome
desktop but having a problem on xfce (xubuntu).

i use HP Mini 110 Netbook with Intel atom N475, 1gb ram, 160 gb HDD with
Ubuntu 11.10 installed. when the laptop is running on battery, the power
manager pop's out a splash screen something like 2 minutes remaining
- battery left 80%. or the system is about to hibernate.

add launcher in unity interface in oneric...where as the bug filed was
under gnome fallback mode the simple query was that there is no
option to add desktop shortcuts. can't even drag and drom on desktop in
a netbook

sourceforge. after clicking the deb file, download manager starts but displays
nothing. it keeps on loading indefinitely.

installed gnome fallback module in ubuntu 11.10. after logging into
gnome fallback mode, there is no default option to add a launcher to
desktop as in unity interface. right clicking mouse displays no option
to create a launcher.

installed evolution mail and calender from software center. it doesn't run at
all. neither mail nor calendar launches. only able to launch email settings

I accidentally close Ubuntu Software Center while still installing something.
The application just dissapear without any warning or confirmation.
The I reopen it again,happily the process is still in there. But I wrong. The
