I've installed the flashplugin-nonfree package from my main user
account...and it works great. I created another account for my wife, and
tried to visit YouTube. Firefox claims that flash is not installed...but
it is! I also had this issue in Gutsy. The workaround for Gutsy
Okay, I feel stupid. Turns out flashplugin-non free was *not* installed,
installing it solved the problem. What do you know? I guess I was using
Gnash under my admin account w/out knowing it? Anyways, problem fixed,
and it's definitely not a bug in flashplugin-nonfree. Please close or
delete this!

I can confirm that this happens to me with an Nvidia GeForce 6200 A-LE,
with the nv or nvidia
Installing the package xserver-xgl solves the problem for me, but causes
GNOME panel applets to throw errors and then freezes my system.
