Even pasting with Ctrl+v to the Desktop does not work. From any folder
on Nautilus to Desktop and Desktop to any folder on Nautilus. Both don't

The problem: Using Ubuntu's startup disk creator, I created an image of Groovy
Gorilla's ISO onto a pen drive (formatted with NTFS). I booted from the pen

I faced this, but not on a Mac. I have an ordinary Desktop PC with a Gigabyte
880GM-USB3 (rev3.1) motherboard. This old motherboard does not have secure boot
or MokManager or UEFI etc. It has a legacy BIOS. I installed Ubuntu 20.10
(Groovy Gorilla) yesterday. Each time I start the PC, I'm shown

reinstalls.
I'm using a macbook pro with the newest nvidia drivers.
After heavy usage all applications suffer from this, but in the most cases it
only affects gnome apps.
Can be reproduced everytime when I need to scroll.
Forget it, I fixed it by downloading the original PPD file. I guess I'd
corrupted the old one. Thanks anyway.

Could I first say that I'm still rather new to Linux, I appologise if I

I upgraded my girlfriends computer from Edgy to Fiesty and its been
having having random crashes, there doesn't appear to be any
