I started a fresh syslog for you, because I didn't want you to go through a 33
MB text file, here how it did go:
-I started with the wireless off, while ubuntu boots the wifi and bluetooth led
switch automatically on
-now while ubuntu up and running there is no wireless nor bluetooth connectivity

After upgrading to Intrepid and downloading hplip 2.8.7-0ubuntu3 and
foomatic-filters 4.0.0~bzr171-0ubuntu1 (from repo) the printer doesn't
work as expected. Nothing changed.

So, now is working, but this maybe a problem, can someone change this
flag when you install the distro?
I thing make automatically this will be so useful for ubuntu users!

Hi,
I use ubuntu 8.04.
I wanted to print a book, 2 pages per 1. My hp 6980 has duplex so I
checked the duplex printing. But then I realised that instead of
printing pages 1 and 2 on one side and 3 and 4 on the other I need 1 + 4
and 2 + 3. Then I could simply fold the sheet

removed the packages completely and reinstalled it but it still

I started a fresh syslog for you, because I didn't want you to go through a 33
MB text file, here how it did go:
-I started with the wireless off, while ubuntu boots the wifi and bluetooth led
switch automatically on
-now while ubuntu up and running there is no wireless nor bluetooth connectivity
I'm so sorry for this but report, I shouldn't have put it here, here how I
fixed the problem
at first I thought the the problem was in ubuntu, but as I read the log files
that you ordered, I noticed that its something about unloaded modules, so I've
googled the acpi scripts available to control
I have the same problem with everything else being the same. I compiled
kernel 2.6.27.8 because i needed to get some features enabled in the
kernel, but when every thing terminated successfully, I got stuck when I
tried to create the initrd.img file, and I dont know how to do it
manually, can you h
