This error shows up now and then after an upgrade of a dependency without
change of the ALI version, as described in the Debian Policy for Ada.
In most cases, like this one, the origin is GCC, which does not bump its ALI
version to spare a passage through the NEW queue.
This specific bug has been
libxmlezout 1.06.1-8 and liblog4ada 1.3-1 seem to have solved this issue.
The bug can be probably be closed now.

oolite version 1.65-7ubuntu1 failed to build on amd64 with
GCC-4.
Version 1.75.1-20110315-1 in debian experimental should solve this
