Every file less than 63000 deflated bytes seems to synchronise correctly
and everything larger than that fails to synchronise.
Bytes written goes from 0 to 63000 bytes back to 0 again.

Non-security update's hardy get it into an already released version of
Ubuntu. Most bugs just get fixed in the next release.

When I put "gg: ubuntu" into the adresbar it actually searches for "gg
ubuntu" with ubuntu Jaunty. So I think this bug is now invalid at least
for (K)ubuntu. Or do you still have problems with the latest version?

This problem still occurs to me on my Dell Latitude D830 (Nvidia quadro
140m) with Jaunty Alpha 3.

borders. Krunner works fine.

In the new Kubuntu Jaunty Alpha 3 this behaviour is the default. Firefox
and pidgin are beeping like mad when you backspace to much (pidgin) or
search for something that is not on the page (firefox). If find this
