Just throwing my 2cents in and confirming that this is an issue with
Ubuntu 20.04 & NGINX (Extras) when adding a certificate with CERTBOT.
Issue does not occur on Ubuntu 18.04.
Unlike the prior reports that include NGINX, it looks like NGINX
actually "hangs" in the background and any attempts to

Today I upgraded a 32-bit Ubuntu 12.04 using
ubuntu-16.04-beta2-desktop-amd64.iso on USB via unetbootin.
Overall, success! However, along the way I did start over due to a
time-consuming delay with a package backup step that appeared to be failing for
every single package.
On 16.04 beta, doing the above just adds the error:

2.2 I decided to try the 2.3.1 packages (from build here). I realise

Could you please let us know what other wacom packages and version you
have installed (dpkg -l | grep wacom) other than the xf86 you built of
course.
Also could you confirm whether there is any reference to Wacom in you
xorg.conf, whether you installed 50-wacom.conf into /etc/X11/xorg.co

Surely you guys can make an exception to your policy under the "Bugs
which do not fit under above categories, but (1) have an obviously safe
patch and (2) affect an application rather than critical infrastructure
packages (like X.org or the kernel). " rule ??
