Looks like there was a fix just after this of 5.0-117.127 which fixed
the issues.

5.15.0-117 Kernel Emergency Boot

I just downloaded and installed the latest kernel for Linux Mint 21.3 as
stated. Upon rebooting, I was greeted with an emergency prompt. I then
rebooted and on the grub boot screen I chose the previous version
5.15.0-116 and was able to get my computer to boot normal again.
I downloaded the files linked at the top labeled 20240315 and extracted
them and installed it on my UZG-01 and I show "20230507" but it is
stable as of right now. I have not gotten any more disconnect notices
from my automation to monitor it since the update and connections do
seem to be faster
Can confirm Solution #32 working as well.

Not authorized to perform operation / Unable to determine the session
we are in: No session
We are having the same problem on our servers running 11.10 but not on
servers running 10.04.4 and they both configured the same (they are two
different enviroments)
Also the two 11.10 boxen are all upto date and running the same kernels
(I read someone solved a similar issue by upgrading
as a workaround I created the attached script (which you will need to
update for correct UID and GID values, this can be used on the slave
server to sync the UID and GID across the servers.
I had to lookup the values of the GID and UID and find a spare value
that wasn't used.
