This bug is severe for all users of the Bulgarian language, since it makes impossible the use of spell checking in either OpenOffice or in all other GNOME/KDE applications (Gedit, KWrite, Evolution, Pidgin, Empathy at least are affected). The bug is not Ubuntu-specific, I have observed it in
